Fire Prayers For Divine Surprise By Dr D.K. Olukoya

The spiritual concept of divine surprise is the focus of today’s prayers with emphasis on the God of suddenly, who is the author of divine surprise and how to prayerfully position ourselves for such surprises by fire prayers this season.  

While traversing the journey of life the red sea encounter is inevitable. It is a reality that could not be wished away nor be dismissed by a wave of the hand. 

The red sea symbolizes a remarkable impediment ahead capable of causing death or grievous bodily harm, in an atmosphere of approaching threats to either life or freedom. 

When you are between the red sea and the pursuing hosts of Egyptian war machine the only viable option is to call upon the God of suddenly to arise and show himself mighty by surprising both the sea and the pursuers. 

Biblically, the God of suddenly does the following: 

• He answers speedily – Psalm 102:2, in the day when l call answer me speedily. 

• He appears suddenly – Malachi 3:1, the Lord whom you seek shall suddenly come to His temple. 

From the above the God of suddenly acts unexpectedly, quickly and speedily to rescue his children from every threat, in a manner beyond human imagination and logical reasoning, so that His name alone is glorified. 

How a viable way appeared between the red sea for Israel to cross over on dry ground was beyond logic and science. Similarly, how the sea swallowed the Egyptian war machine and the military personnel was equally astonishing.

The red sea is that imposing impediment standing between you and your promised land, which is also a weapon of destruction in the hands of the God of suddenly to eliminate the pursuers after the order of Pharaoh and his hosts. 

By these prayers God of suddenly will arise and execute vengeance on your pursuers by fire. 

Everyone who needs sudden intervention from heaven must pray with holy violence for God of suddenly to arise by fire.  

Prayer Points: 

1. Let the powers of the oppressors rise against them by fire, in the name of Jesus. 

2. From henceforth let my affairs become too hot for the enemies to handle, in the name of Jesus. 

3. Let the Joy of the wicked over my life turn to sorrow by fire, in the name of Jesus. 

4. O God of suddenly arise and baptize me with uncommon testimonies, in the name of Jesus. 

5. Anointing to overcome the red sea and the pursuers after my life, come upon me by fire, in the name of Jesus. 

6. Let all evil devices set up to monitor my life for affliction catch fire and burn to ashes, in the name of Jesus. 

7. I pull down all evil kingdoms working against my life and destiny by fire, in the name of Jesus. 

8. By the Blood of Jesus, I recover all the keys of breakthroughs stolen by the enemy from me, in the name of Jesus.
